Why I coach
I am a coach, facilitator, and grassroots organizer.
As social justice leaders, we see and feel the harm caused by our dominant culture of separation: oppression; individualism; a body hierarchy based on race, gender, ability, etc. We are dedicated to transforming it.
One of the most powerful tools we have for healing separation - and cultivating justice - is harnessing our wholeness.
Through coaching, my clients learn to harness their wholeness, and become even more impactful in their leadership for a just and equitable world.
I’d be delighted to support you.
Who I work with
My clients meet me after having been involved in work for justice & equity for a number of years. They are hungry to keep growing and deepening their impact individually or as a team.
Teams: The teams I coach are committed to environmental, racial, and social justice. They are teams at non-profits, B-Corps, for-profit companies, small businesses, professional associations, and/or inside grassroots movements.
Individuals: My individual clients are women, femme, non-binary, trans, and/or queer-identifying social change leaders actively building a world rooted in environmental, racial, and social justice. I’ve worked with campaigners, organizers, teachers, artists, lawyers, architects, small business owners, government employees, people running for office, people working in socially conscious finance, and more.
My clients work with me when: There's some next level impact they want to make. AND/OR They want to keep going in the work they love, but with more play, ease, efficacy, and in support of their body and vision for justice.
Rather than staying stuck at overwhelm, exhaustion, or frustration with a process, yourself, or your teammates, we address the main challenges head on. We make a plan that’s spacious, you take real concrete steps, and you start to make that new initiative, project, and change a reality.
My clients describe my coaching style as collaborative, authentic, generative, compassionate, playful, and curious.
I support my clients to:
Lead teams and organizations that are spaces of belonging
Practice accountability, and build trust in their relationships and teams
Transform harmful culture and help to heal harm caused
Engage with playfulness and fun
Practice equity and justice in their team culture, processes, relationships, goals, and more.
Build resource and resilience to show up when things are messy
Heal internalized systems of separation (ie. patriarchy, white supremacy) and access their own wholeness with greater clarity.
Make their next level impact doing the work for justice that they love.
My Coaching Experience
My coaching approach is informed by the following experiences:
I am a Senior Consultant and Licensed Practitioner for Justice, Equity, Diversity, Inclusion (J.E.D.I.) at Holistic Underground. We’ll use a lens of transformative justice to actively work through scenarios, topics, and issues in our sessions and beyond.

I’ve organized for climate and racial justice for 15+ years. I coach through a lens of people-power & interdependence.
I have 10+ years leading strategic planning for organizations, including building empowering effective team culture.
I actively practice dismantling white feminism, and white supremacy culture. We’ll draw from The White Supremacy Culture Characteristics and a large body of work on intersectional feminism and dismantling white feminism.
When we live in a culture of separation. I help you harness your wholeness: your wise, wild, creative, inclusive nature as an individual and/or as a team.
