I'm Anastasia, a certified career coach. My career path has always been anything but linear — I've spent the past 9 years mentoring individuals through various stages of their personal and professional development. Over the last 6 years, I've specialized in Human Resources & Recruitment, working across diverse industries to support talent acquisition, career growth, and organizational development.

From Japan to Brazil (and a few stops in between), my background in Japanese Studies and Sociology and life across Germany, Spain, Austria, and beyond has shaped a global and intercultural perspective.
