1. WHO WE ARE

This website ("the Site") is operated by Anastasia Kulikova ("we", "us", or "our"), who acts as a self-employed professional (autónoma) registered in Spain under tax identification number ESZ2679144V. We provide an online scheduling function through the Google Calendar Appointments feature.

2. WHAT DATA WE COLLECT

We collect the personal data necessary to provide career coaching appointments and respond to your enquiries:

Booking information you submit. When you complete the Google Calendar Appointments form (after giving consent to load it), you provide your name, email address, chosen appointment slot, and any optional notes. This data is needed to schedule your session.
Communications data. If you contact us by email or social media, we receive your email address or profile information and the content of your message.
Technical and usage data. Your IP address, browser and device details, time of access, and referring URLs are generated when Netlify serves this Site. The same categories are transmitted to Google when you allow the booking widget to load so the service can function securely.

Netlify retains server logs for approximately 30 days for security and operational purposes and then deletes them in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

The embedded Google Calendar Appointments widget only activates after you grant consent (see Section 9). Once activated, Google immediately receives the technical data listed above in order to display availability, even if you decide not to finalise a booking.

3. HOW YOUR DATA IS USED

Booking information is used to schedule, confirm, and manage your appointments and any follow-up actions you request.
Communications data is used to respond to enquiries, provide requested information, and maintain records of our interactions.
Technical and usage data is used to keep the Site secure, prevent abuse, and ensure the booking widget operates correctly.
We do not sell or rent your personal data, and we only share it with the service providers listed below to the extent necessary to operate the Site.
We view your booking details through Google Calendar. We do not create separate local copies unless you ask us to send follow-up materials.

4. WHO PROCESSES YOUR DATA

Google LLC provides the Google Calendar Appointments widget and our business email service (Gmail). When you load the widget or send us an email, Google acts as an independent data controller and processes your data according to its Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. Appointment details you submit are shared with us through Google Calendar.
Netlify, Inc. hosts this Site and processes IP addresses and technical data to deliver the pages securely. See Netlify's Privacy Policy.
Social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Telegram, and YouTube act as independent controllers for the data you share with us through those channels. Your use of those platforms is governed by their respective privacy policies.

5. LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING (GDPR)

Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we process your personal data on the following legal bases:

Article 6(1)(a): we rely on your consent to load the Google Calendar widget and allow Google to receive technical data and set cookies for booking functionality.
Article 6(1)(b): processing is necessary to perform the services you request, including handling bookings and responding to pre-contract enquiries.
Article 6(1)(f): processing is necessary for our legitimate interests in maintaining Site security, preventing abuse, and retaining records of professional communications.

6. DATA RETENTION

Appointment data is stored in Google Calendar in line with our account retention settings and for as long as needed to provide coaching services or comply with legal obligations.
Email correspondence is kept for up to 18 months after our last interaction, unless a longer retention period is required for legal reasons.
Netlify retains server logs (including IP addresses) for approximately 30 days.
We do not keep separate local copies of data collected through the booking form unless you explicitly request supporting materials.

7. YOUR RIGHTS (GDPR / UK GDPR)

If you are in the EU or UK, you have the right to:

Access the personal data we hold about you
Request correction or deletion of your data
Object to processing or request restriction of processing
Lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority

9. COOKIES AND TRACKING

This Site does not place any first-party cookies or run analytics scripts. The embedded Google Calendar widget is blocked by default and only loads after you grant consent through the on-site notice. You can withdraw your consent at any time via the "Manage booking consent" link in the footer or by clearing browser cookies, after which the widget will stop loading.
